Stone County and Mountain View are home to several unique attractions.  Blanchard Springs Caverns (located in the Ozark National Forest) offers three different guided cave tours, swimming, fishing and camping.  Noted scientist, David H. Levy, ranked Blanchard Springs Caverns number five in his tour of forty-one caves in 2001.  He was amazed by the variety of exquisite formations and the size of the underground rooms.

The Ozark Folk Center State Park is dedicated to preserving the traditional music and crafts of our mountain heritage.  The full service park offers craft demonstrations, musical shows, herb and flower gardens, lodging and several dining options.
